Are you called to share a powerful message? Do you feel a burning desire to share something with people? If so, then you, like me, are a messenger.
A Messenger is someone who feels that sense of urgency around spreading your message. It’s not about fame or fortune. It’s about being a conduit of transformation in people’s lives.
Maybe you want to change the world, or maybe you want to touch one single group in a powerful and transformative way. Sharing your message is much more than just writing some stuff in a book. Your message needs to be designed in such a way that people open up to receive it.
It has been my honor to be one of the first Ambassadors fo Change with a Messenger Mini-book coming out very soon. If you have been reading this blog, you may know that I did an opinion poll to have you help me select the cover image.
Below is the fabulous cover. Kudos to Robert Evans of the Messenger Network for his brilliant cover design, and thanks especially to frankoppermann Frank oppermann, who I’m convinced took that photo specifically to be my book cover. See the image on IStockPhoto.
And now…the COVER of The Peace Seed!
This is the testimonial I left for Mr. Oppermann:
Thank you for the beautiful photo “Die Sonne einfangen”. I selected it for the cover of my new book The Peace Seed www.ThePeaceSeed.com. This is how people describe the cover: magical, it looks like a miracle is happening now, powerful, really grabs your attention, compelling, looks like 3D, pops off the page.
Here is a link to the book cover of The Peace Seed: (link omitted)
You have made my book cover something so special.
Thank you.

yes – YOU can be a Messenger of Change and share your most important teachings in a little pocket-sized mini-book…and you will be a published author! Watch as Neale Donald Walsch shares why he is part of the Movement of Change:
This is a written message I received through 10 Million Clicks for Peace and the Messenger Network. Isn’t it great how we all work together? I do hope you will join the movement and share the teaching you were BORN to share!
Message from Julian Kalmar, co-founder of 10 Million Clicks for Peace, and Neale Donald Walsh, author of Conversations with God)
(beginning of message)
Dear Ronda:
I am delighted to announce that “Conversations With God” author, Neale Donald Walsch, has joined Robert Evans, Rick Beneteau and me in the Movement of Change.
So, what does this mean for you?
Note From Neale Donald Walsch
My dear friends,
If you feel that you have a “message” deep inside of you that you yearn to share with the world, but just don’t know how…or even what, specifically, that “message” is…are you going to be happy to read this!
My friend Robert Evans with the Messenger Network has been helping messengers over the past couple years find unique and powerful ways to discover and share their message, and now I am going to be joining Robert in one of his most exciting projects ever: The Movement of Change.
I’m participating with Robert in this project for two reasons: First, because it aligns perfectly with the CWG teaching that we are all messengers, with our lives giving us wonderful opportunities to bring a message of oneness, hope, and love into the world. Second, because this project is about writing and publishing little spiritual mini-books, and that is a wonderful way to place into the world a really BIG message!
That’s right! This program is about how you can become a true messenger, creating a unique way that can move the message that burns within your heart to the hearts of others.
Here’s what I love about this project:
It will focus on you finding and sharing your message, not on becoming a huge successful author. That could happen, of course, but that is certainly not the point or the main focus. The point of the program is to activate what Conversations with God says: if you touch the lives of only a handful of other people with a message of oneness and love, you will have made an incredible gift of your entire life here on earth. And, of course, this program will allow you to touch many more than just a tiny handful; it will allow you to reach many hundreds. Perhaps even many thousands.
The Movement of Change program aims to create a huge “moment” in our world where “change” will be produced in the lives of many, many others—one person at a time.
- The program walks you through the entire process of writing and publishing your own small booklet, and then connecting its readers to an amazing online environment that deepens the message in the book through audio, video, still images, additional text, and a powerful workbook system.
- It’s not just a program in which you participate on your own. It is a global movement involving many Messengers sharing a collective goal: to send one million positive messages into the world.
- It’s not a short-term program, but one from which you will gain maximum benefit as you move through a process with myself, Robert, his team, as well as other Mini-Book authors, over a period of one year. We want to make sure we have plenty of time to teach you everything we know about the writing process, the publishing process, the best and most effective ways to use the internet, and the most powerful approaches to marketing your book once you have it printed and in your hands.
- We also want to have time to explore with you how you can ultimately use your book as a platform for the message that lives within you to come forth in other really amazing ways.
I love this idea and I’m even working on several of my own Mini-Books, and will soon be publishing my first one and connecting it to the amazing on-line technology that is part of this program.
Now let me tell you exactly how I’ll be involved in The Movement of Change with you:
- Robert and I have just produced a really great 2-hour program on being a spiritual author in which you can hear tips and suggestions from me on writing, publishing, and having your book represent your message and yourself as a messenger in the most effective way. This presentation, in both audio and video form, will be a part of your program. It will be split into 14 parts and delivered to you over the course of the journey you’ll go on.
- Every three months I’ll hold a conference call with the authors in the movement to support them on their journey of writing and sharing their book.
- I’ll send you a copy of my own first Messenger Mini-Book so you can see how I’ve decided to use this wonderful idea and terrific technology to further my message.
AND…on top of what I’ll be offering, you’ll get amazing value from Robert and his team, such as:
An 8-CD home study program on the Messenger Mini-Book idea for you to use as a guide for writing and publishing your current and future mini-books- An online author account to create an unlimited number of online environments for your message(s)
- A 30 day, 20 audio clip program in which Robert walks you through every step needed to write your mini-book in 30-days. The last time a group of authors went through this 30-day journey, 95% of the authors completed their book.
- A recorded webinar showing you how to create the most powerful online environment
- A chance to make a commitment to your writing journey and then, once you meet the goal of writing your book in 30-days, the reward of a marketing package that promotes your book in many different ways including it being published in a catalog that will go out to 1,000 book stores.
- Writing and publishing support calls from Robert and his team throughout the first two phases of the journey
- And… once your book is published, you’ll get 52 weeks of marketing tips on how to get your book out into the world and truly be a part of the One Million Messages movement.
I know this is a lot to share in this email, so let me leave you with where we started…if you have the feeling that you have a message that is ready to come out through a book and want to be a part of a collective movement of other authors with the same desire, then click the link below and learn all about this Movement of Change!

Neale
My great hope is that you will take the next step to watch our video and ultimately allow Neale, Robert, Rick and me to guide you on the path of becoming a published author by discovering and expressing your passion as a Messenger of Change.
May peace, joy and meaning light your path,
Julian Kalmar, Founder
10 Million Clicks For Peace
P.S. Even if you’re already a published author, you’ll find the 1-year Marketing Program and Online Environment highly meaningful because you know that the biggest part of writing a successful book is in the marketing. Of course, you’ll find the opportunity of working with so many inspired and inspiring like-minded authors a rare privilege. The synergy and support of the group has been invaluable to our past authors as you’ll discover by clicking the link above.
P.P.S. The Movement of Change is part of our peace education and awareness effort. Your help in bringing important world-changing ideas to the hearts and minds of others is vitally important to the future of the planet. Whether your book is about personal happiness, achieving harmony in your life, solving the global problems of clean drinking water, hunger, or other social issues, we honor you for having the courage to stand by us and help bring these important ideas to the consciousness of humanity. Part of the proceeds from this program go directly towards helping us deliver on our mission of creating peace in the world. Thank you for being here.

How to Write a Multi-Author Book? Storytelling for Impact, Speak Up Save Lives and The Story of Impact

Filed under Increase Your Impact, The Story of Impact book, Videos, Writing, how to write a book
Creating a book such as Ken McArthur and I are writing, which is The Story of Impact is an exciting and involved undertaking. He and I discovered that we make a fabulous team when I helped him with his first bestseller, Impact: How to Get Noticed, Motivate Millions, and Make a Difference in a Noisy World.
He did all the writing for Impact and I helped him shape the material. He said his team of editors at Career Press only made 4 minor changes, one of which was a peculiarity of theirs that I could have incorporated had I known ahead of time. It seems th
ey don’t want you to say something is “like” something else. You have to say “similar” or some other synonym rather than like. Strange. Go figure.
I was thrilled that my involvement in the project made his life and theirs so much easier. Unfortunately, I never saw any message from Career Press asking who Ken’s capable editor had been and how to reach her and another offering to hire me as a book consultant or editor, but such is life!
For Ken’s next bestseller (yes, that is our plan), we are weaving together our own in-depth contributions plus the stories of our co-authors. Whereas other multi-author books are nothing more than an anthology of articles pasted together under a common theme, The Story of Impact will be a story of its own with co-author contributions that I will integrate into the book. They will not be stand-alone articles.
The Story of Impact will have its own “story arc” as any novel has, because the book moves you from where you are now into a deeper understanding of how to purposefully and systematically create an impact in whatever arena you desire.
Having an impact can be a fuzzy, nebulous thing, however, Ken McArthur took a year of his life to study impact and devise a system for how you go about having an impact in a directed manner. He put it to the test in 2008 when he assembled the Impact Bootcamp and a cadre of experts to teach them the tools of impact, such as creating buzz and leveraging contacts. Although Ken McArthur has shared what happened with his Impact Action Team at live events, this will be the first time he will reveal what happened in a book.
I am so excited to share the story of the Impact Action Team and how they reached over 19 million people in a month for SpeakUpSaveLives.org.
Here’s a video about the Impact Action Team and SpeakUpSaveLives.org. They reached 1.9 million people
Right now, Ken and I are researching, writing, and planning the structure of the book. I’m also telling the stories of our co-authors. The interviews with these extraordinary people are fun and enlightening.
If you want to keep up with The Story of Impact, I encourage you to register at TheImpactStory.com.

Working wiht #1 bestselling author Ken McArthur on his next book is truly exciting, not only because I get to work wiht some of the most awesome people on earth, but because of what YOU will discover about making an impact because of reading their stories.
Today’s author spotlight features someone who grew up in a small town and raised by his grandparents. At the age of 7, he had an operation and decided he wanted to be a doctor right then and there. He came from a difficult situation, living in a small town with no special privileges or opportunities, and yet he found a way to livehis dream…
He became a doctor, Dr. Curtis Graham, M. D.
He discovered that once he proclaimed his desire, abundant opportunities opened up to him. Here is what he said in his application:
“I was blessed constantly from then on with things just dropping into place at the right time, like a miracle to get to where I am now.”
Dr. Graham has developed specialized surgical procedures and techniques now taught in schools. He also teaches doctors a skill they do not learn in medical school: marketing.

The Story of Impact Co-Author Spotlight: Jane Mark and Phil Basten Are SoKule

I am so excited to work with my good friend and colleague Ken McArthur to bring his second world-class book to life. When his first book Impact: How to Get Noticed, Motivate Millions & Make a Difference in a Noisy World first hit the shelves, messages about his system for changing lives reached over 4 million people in a single day.

Ken got to know me well when I coached him as he wrote his first book. He came to me and said, “Ronda, I want YOU on this project.” However, the project isn’t about me and what I’ll do. Our next book is all about how the story of impact spreads from one person to another like wildflowers on the wind, changing lives.
I am so excited to work with all our co-authors on this project. They are talented people with heart who will share their stories of how chance meetings, small actions, and caring change lives and build businesses. Each week, I’ll share a story of one of the incredible people who is committed to work on this project with us.
This week, I’m highlighting not one person but a pair of our co-authors named Jane Mark and Phil Basten. They are a fun and gifted pair who bring heart, laughter and connections to their business.
have you heard of Sokule yet? It’s like Twitter but monetized. Well, when you sign up for SoKule, you’ll hear Jane’s bright voice encouraging you and showing you around.
Jane and Phil have their fingers in lots of other pies as well. FOr now, I’ll
share a snippet of what they’ll be sharing in The Story of Impact.
“When my partner, Phil Basten and I went to the first JV alert,we had no idea that the three people sitting on the couch Would effect our business in ways that added several zeros onto our income and took it from a six figure, ho hum, -nobody knows us business, to one that makes over 7 figures Year in and year out.”
So often, you have no idea how meeting one person at one moment that seems, perhaps, ordinary will change your life. And you never know when something YOU do – a small act of kindness or sharing a useful resource perhaps – will turn into a long-term friendship and a source of prosperity on so many levels.
I am so excited to talk with Jane and Phil about SoKule and their other projects as they share their story. If you’ve ever met them, you’ll know they are some of the best people you will ever meet.
It is truly an honor to work with Ken McArthur and with each and every co-author who joins us in bring the story of impact into people’s lives.
If you feel you have a message to share and want to be considered for this project (be advised there is an investment involved) then please first sign up at TheImpactStory.com and then visit this page with all the co-author links and information on it.

How Are You Creating An Impact on Your Community, Cause or the World?
This is an important question. Everything you do creates an impact, for good or ill. And it does not matter whether your goal is to change one single life or a million lives. What you d

- Image of Ken McArthur
o, think and say matters. All of it causes a ripple effect that creates some kind of impact.
If you do something – something will happen.
And if you do nothing – something will happen.
Here is an example. A friend of mine is
a smoker. She has had numerous bouts with bronchitis and pneumonia. A couple years ago, she developed congestive heart failure. What has she done about her smoking? Nothing.
She had done nothing about quitting smoking…and something had most definitely happened. Her “nothing” had a negative impact on her health and, alas, she is STILL a smoker to this day.
Take a look at your goals. If you are writing a book or growing a business and you do nothing to serve people…something WILL happen. You will lose ground, lose customers, and lose income.
You want to create a positive impact
However, since you are reading this post, you are the kind of person who wants to create something meaningful for your life and business. You want to touch many lives in some meaningful way because of your work. You want to create a positive impact.
The funny thing about impact is that it is a nebulous concept. The word “impact” has no special parameters. You can talk about creating impact on your own health on peace or on your spouse – and it’s all the same word.
Impact requires a modifier – a peg on which to hang its hat, so to speak, so that you know exactly on what you want to have an impact.
Another interesting thing about impact is that until recently, there was nothing systematic you could point to and say, “This is the way you systematically go about creating an impact on your target.” Then a couple of years ago, Ken McArthur started writing the definitive guidebook to having a meaningful effect on your life, your community, your charity or whatever you want to change.
HOW do you create an impact in a measurable, systematic way?
Often, you have an impact on someone’s life simply by the way you greet them or how you answer the phone or whether you smile. Yet creating a huge impact goes far beyond the one tiny moment.
You need to ask yourself and then to write down your goals. Next, get specific on whose lives you want to touch and in what way.
For example, I met a man at one of Ken McArthur’s events who is passionate about getting the use of cell phones while driving banned. The desire to do this came from one tiny moment in his friend’s life. On the man’s wedding day, a day that should have been joyous, one of his children died in an accident because the driver was texting while driving.
Whether your goal is to create change in legislation, perception or policy, or whether your dream is to start a foundation serving a certain group, or whether your deepest desire is to bring potable drinking water to everyone in the world – every huge impact starts with
1. A single, unplanned – or perhaps a better word is unorchestrated – event. This event may be as devastating as the death of your child as I mentioned in the story above, or it could be a simple conversation by 3 men who sat on a couch in a hotel talking about their goals and dreams, and from this conversation came all Ken McArthur’s live events AND his desire to create a system for impact.
2. A key decision that arises from the event. The loss of a live in the first case and the impact movement in the second all started because after the key event that “started it all” happened, someone decided to take action in order to reach a goal.
3. Once the journey to reach a goal and create an impact began, the person (or people) who started it develop a following. I don’t know how far along the no texting guy is in his journey but I know Ken McArthur, and because of his passion and the way he does business, he has grown a loyal following of people, many of whom share his vision to unlock the key to creating impact.
Ken McArthur Wrote The Definitive Guide to Creating Impact
