How do you achieve balance in life?

Let’s face it – life is busy. Nothing will slow down or slide out of your way so you can get your book written, grow your business, take continuiing education or whatever. You have to decide how important each aspect of your life is to you and find a way to achieve balance.

Most people think of balance like the scales of justice with a plate on the right and a plate on the

left and the goal of equally loading the plates on both sides. Does your life feel like something you can balance in that way? Do you believe there is a one-time stacking of items on either side of a scale, and when the two weigh the same, you’re balanced?

I’m here to tell you; reality is much different. It is simply not possible to alot your time between your various tasks once and have the whole system that is your life function in an effortless, balanced way.
